HOW OFTEN SHOULD I SCHEDULE SESSIONS?
Everyone has different fitness goals. However, consistency is key. For best results, IÂ recommend at least 2x/week of personal or small group training sessions with me, supplemented by additional workouts on your own.
WHAT IF I HAVE DIFFERENT GOALS THAN OTHER MEMBERS OF THE SMALL GROUP SESSIONS?
Small group sessions just means that multiple members are using the gym at once. There is not one general workout for everyone. I personalize every workout to each member based on their fitness levels and personal goals.
WHAT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS ARE YOU TAKING DUE TO COVID-19?
All pieces of equipment are thoroughly sanitized before and after each use. Masks are required unless vigorously exercising. Members are required to wash hands before and after each workout. Social distancing of 6 feet is maintained throughout the gym.
